Non-Fiction Five Challenge

BLINK: The Power of Thinking without Thinking
Malcolm Gladwell ~ BOiPod
Personal Rating: 4.25/5
Yearly Count: 44

What a fascinating book! Blink is basically a book that explains why or why not specific choices are made, focusing on those that are made in the first few seconds of exposure. It is also filled with an abundance of examples that demonstrate the positive and negative side of making quick decisions in the blink of an eye. I didn't find anything new or innovative, but it certainly kept my interest and I was entertained

  2. Carrie K. ~ If you enjoy reading about research results, you'll like it. The shared research covers many different topics.

  3. I bought this book in hardcover. Now that it's out in paperback I'm embarrassed I still haven't read it. But, psychological material fascinates me. I'm sure I'll be as interested as you were when I get to it.

  4. Bellezza ~ I have it in hardcover, too, but ended up listening to it! LOL That's pretty bad. :) I'm interested in anything psychological.
