Tilly, a married high school counselor, is thrilled with her small, hometown life. Unfortunately, nothing stays the same, and Tilly has to learn to deal with the changes.
Due to blog reviews, I was somewhat excited to listen to a book written by Allison Scotch. I ended up thinking that the writing was okay, but I'm sad to say that I didn't care for the story. The downward spiral began when Tilly got a reading from a psychic. But, it wasn't just a reading, it went further, and it just wasn't my thing. I'll need a bit of convincing, if I ever attempt another one by this author.
Sorry you didn't love it.
ReplyDeleteBermudaonion ~ I have a hard time with this genre. It's hit or miss, so maybe next time will be a hit.
DeleteAh, that's too bad. She's one of my favorite writers!! Oh well, you can't win them all, right?
ReplyDeleteStaci ~ I'm disappointed that this one didn't work for me, but it could have been more about the storyline than anything else. Who knows?!
DeleteI think I have this one around here somewhere. Or maybe something else by this blogger since I know I haven't read her.
ReplyDeleteStacybuckeye ~ I hope you enjoy it, Stacy. I'll probably give her another shot at some point.
