Rachel, an alcoholic divorcee, watches a couple at their home from the train she travels on daily. The women goes missing, and Rachel feels the need to help the police with what she has observed.
I'm not sure why I didn't like this book more. No reasons are popping up other than I can't say that it wasn't better than "very good" to me. I enjoyed it and look forward to more by this author.
