A woman with unsavory skills gets wrapped up in a family's drama.
So, I didn't like the basic topic at all -- for many reasons. However, I do like Flynn's writing and did get wrapped up in the story.
Thoughts of Joy
I like Flynn's style too - I'd probably give this a try.
ReplyDeleteBermudaonion ~ Hope you like it!
DeleteI've been wondering about this one! I liked Gone Girl (a lot), but wasn't impressed with Sharp Objects. This one's so short, I could probably read it rather quickly.
ReplyDeleteLes ~ This was apparently in a short story collection. However, Goodreads counts it as a book, so I want my numbers to match. :) I thought Sharp Objects was good (3.5/5).
DeleteI thought I'd read all of hers but I don't remember this one!
ReplyDeleteStacybuckeye ~ It's originally from a short story collection. I found it on Amazon.
