The comments on my first Agatha Christie short story post has me wondering . . .

  1. One of my long-range reading goals is to read all of Agatha Christie's mysteries. I've got about two dozen under my belt, and I just adore Tommy and Tuppence. There are a few others recurring characters that pop up that are fun, too. Lt. Battle comes to mind.

  2. Lezlie ~ Sounds like a "Challenge" to me!

I'm interested in meeting them all. :)

  3. It was hard to chose, because Poirot is the master, but T&T are fun, they just didn't have as many books: they start with The Secret Adversary, and then Partners in Crime, and then there is one when they are old.
    What fun!

  4. You know much as I love AC I have never read any of the T&T books. I may have to check them out.
    Hope Poirot holds his lead!

  5. I haven't read Agatha Christie for a long time, but I used to love her mysteries. As much as I like Miss Marple, Hecule Poirot is by far my favorite.

I really need to read a few more of these!!

  6. I am a big Christie fan, but have never read any of the T&T books. It's hard to get past Miss Marple and Poirot!

  7. Haven't read any of the T&T books. I tend to go between both - I haven't read enough Christie to really pick a favorite yet I guess!

I love Agatha Christie. I have a shelf full of those, and I just adore Miss Marple. She's so clever, and everyone assumes she's just an old lady interested in only her knitting and her nephew.

My favourite is Miss Marple but I read a T&T recently and enjoyed it very much. There are lots more I haven't read - a challenge would be fun!

  13. Geraniumcat ~ I'm in the process of developing a challenge. It will be very simple and loose on the rules. Stay tuned!
