  2. I hate to admit it, because it doesn't sound very intellectual, but I really enjoy Kinsella's books. They are trite, true, but very funny.

    I've read Memoirs of a Geisha twice; I agree with you, it's awesome. I was amazed that a man could write from the viewpoint of a woman so beautifully. Also, he really captured Japan for me. (Not that I've been there yet.)
