Well . . . A Year of Fog created a couple of days of fog for me.
The story was told by Abby (Jake's fiance) who takes, Emma (Jake's daughter), to the beach and she disappears. It was a very drab, drawn out and repetitive story that I really should have abandoned.
Only a rating of 2? Sounds like you should have abandoned it.
ReplyDeleteGood grief - you've already read 16 books? That's amazing.
Booklogged ~ Yep! I probably should have, but I needed a "Y" Title and I hated the idea of wasting the time I had already put in. And, of course, there was always hope that it would improve. :) The last reason is the one that constantly gripped me in the past to continue reading every book. I've loosened the grip, but if there are other circumstances...I'm still vulnerable. :(
ReplyDeleteBooklogged ~ Oops! Forgot to add that I listened to MANY of them! It's really not worthy of "amazing". :) The work I've been doing allows me to listen to books.
ReplyDeleteI am sooooo glad I didn't bother with this book then. :) I don't do drab well...lol!
ReplyDeleteJ. Kaye ~ LOL Apparently, I don't either. :)
ReplyDeletei just read this one - most of it last night, also for my "Y" title. i liked it a lot better than you did. :)
ReplyDeleteAlisonwonderland ~ I wish I liked it more. It just wasn't for me. Glad you enjoyed it. :)
