  5. Thanks to this challenge, I am finding many new to me series, some outside my 'comfort zone' of paranormal, mystery, thriller...This wasn't one of them, this is deeply in my comfort zone. = )

    Hi! I read my first 'first in a series', it was midnighters : the secret hour by Scott Westerfedl. In fact I read it in january but only published the review yesterday.

  10. I failed to realize that reading all these "firsts" might cause an issue if one doesn't already have the "seconds" on hand :) It's going to be a long week until Amazon brings me the sequel to The Curse of Chalion (Lois McMaster Bujold).

    I have to agree with Annette. The UPS makes Amazon deliveries to my house almost daily. But it is surely fun. Thanks for all you do encouraging us to read. Your challenge list is daunting.
