Oh my goodness! My new friend, Dar from Peeking Between the Pages, is probably wondering what in the world is the matter with Joy. (The rest of you better not inform her.) Anyway, she presented me with this award and I neglected to add her on my previous post. I am so embarrassed (The other day I skipped her comment on a post, too!) that I thought I would dedicate this post just to her.
I do have an excuse and I hope it helps you to understand my confusion, Dar. I got a new computer this past weekend and spent every waking moment (at least it seemed that way) setting it up how I wanted it. While it has been a fun adventure in learning new ways of doing things, it has also been frustrating at times. Trying to transfer saved mail was the worst! I finally gave up and deleted, deleted and deleted. Dar, your e-mail notification was one of those deleted. I thought I would remember. What tripped me up was two different blogs had the word Page in the title. (I know, it doesn't take much to put me in a tailspin.) Anyway, I thought they were the same one. I'm so very sorry, Dar. It truly was just an honest mistake.

Oh my goodness Joy, there is nothing to forgive. You did actually respond in another reply you had done at some point to my nomination-I just can't remember when. lol. Anyhow, I live in a constant state of confusion so I completely understand. If I don't write it down, I don't remember it-simple as that. lol.
ReplyDeleteI was laughing a bit because I got a new computer too in the last few weeks and transferring ended up being beyond me so I printed and deleted instead.
Anyhooo, thank you for the post just for me. I feel so special-it was sweeet of you to do this.
Dar ~ I know I responded on your blog, but it's not the same when I posted here. Anyway . . . after deleting all the mail I could, I printed those that I wanted to keep, too.
