A widow is indignant when her prey is snatched up by a neighbor.
What a great introduction to Hockensmith's writing! I was plopped right into the story, and I grinned all the way through with its spot on description of the living environment. I'm really pleased with this one and look forward to more.
Grinning through a story tells me that it's a winner!
