ELEANOR & PARK

Author:  Rainbow Rowell
Genre:  YA Fiction, Standalone
Published:  2013
Personal Rating:  4/5 (very good)
Format/Narrator:  Audiobook/
Rebecca Lowman & Sunil Malhotra
Yearly Count:  42

Eleanor, the new girl in school, and Park, the half-Korean boy who keeps his head down low, meet on a school bus.

I have to admit that I really enjoyed this book.  There wasn't a major draw to get back to it, but I was always engaged once I was listening.  I'm not jumping up and down about it, but it was a very good YA romance.  I will definitely read more by Rainbow Rowell.

  4. I want to read this especially because you don't read a lot of YA and seeing the 4 stars tells me something!

Not my usual thing but after the umpteenth positive review I added it to my wishlist. The fact that you liked it too bodes well :)

    1. Trish ~ I was hoping for the giddy, want to jump up and down, emotion, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. However, I did think it was very good and want to read more by her. That says something! :)
