Mickey Haller defends a woman whose home is being foreclosed. She has been charged with killing the banker who is responsible for the foreclosure.
The majority of this book was pure courtroom dynamics. I really enjoyed the realistic manner in which it was portrayed and the ending was perfect. Other than it being a bit on the long side, it was a very good audioread.
I love Michael Connelly!
