"U" Title-Based A ~ Z Reads

UNZIPPED

Personal Rating: 4.5/5

Well...I seemed to have stumbled into some racy content with this one, but boy was it entertaining! I must admit, I was a little taken aback at first, but then conceded to its humor. I had continual smirks or laugh out loud moments throughout the entire book. The main character was full of “spunky witticisms” that kept me from setting the book down. This was clearly a page-turning, fun read and I will definitely pick up her next book entitled UNPLUGGED. Stephanie Plum better be looking over her shoulder, because Chrissy McMullen is on her heels and has the potential to surpass her in the blink of an eye!

What an interesting concept this Title-Based A~Z is. I may have to try this sometime. I see that you have a Lisa Scotoline book on your upcoming list. I finished Dead Ringer by her yesterday, and I really enjoyed it. I still need to write my post about it, but that will be coming soon.

  5. Joy, thanks for visiting my blog. Please add me to your links. I look forward to your comments. I love thie idea of reading books alphabetically. I have such a huge list of books to read that I'm almost overwhelmed. Maybe a more planned approach would help. Of ocurse, now I'm just trying to read all the books I've bought this summer. Then I will be more systematic. Thanks again. Love your reviews,

  7. Alyson,

    Please do! :)

I didn't think of this A ~ Z reading plan, but I'm really enjoying it.

I've read a couple of Scottoline books, but this one so far is my favorite.

  9. Hi Framed!

I have really enjoyed the A ~ Z Title-Based Readings and my Author-Based Readings will be next. The Author-Based will consist of authors that are "new" to me.

These methods give some structure and it's fun to have a goal. I think it helps in not feeling overwhelmed. Although, when I was first putting my list together I was extremely overwhelmed! How could I possibly read all these books!?! I had to remove myself from it for a day or two. :) Since then, it has helped/made me step out of my comfort zone with book choices. I have already found many "new" authors that I enjoy.
