Harlan Coben ~ BOiPod
Personal Rating: 4.25/5
Yearly Count: 114
The mini-version of this thriller is that during summer camp, Cope and Lucy escape to the woods to be alone and ultimately become forever tomented by their choices and what they encounter. Courtroom drama, family secrets and a serial killer are some other components in this Coben book.
Good to see your rating. I'm waiting for the paperback to come out.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing by your rating that the full-length version is every bit as good as your mini-version there sounds, huh? I've never read any Coben, but it sounds like his books would be right up my alley.
ReplyDeleteSuzi ~ I didn't hear much hoopla about this one, but I enjoyed it. The narrator, Scott Brick, is always good. :)
ReplyDeleteDebi ~ Oh Debi, you need to meet Myron Bolitar! Check out my thoughts on Deal Breaker under my Best Reads of 2007.
I just recently readthis book and enjoyed it very much! Glad to see you liked it too.
ReplyDeleteSamantha ~ It seems like we can't go wrong with Coben.
