BLOOD DRIVE (1 of 7)

Author: John Grisham
Genre: Short Story Collection
Published: Ford County: Stories, 2009
Personal Rating: 3.75/5 (better than good)

A town member was injured in an accident at work. A few men volunteer to drive into the city to give blood.

There were some peculiar twists and odd moments that had me thinking the characters were a little on the dull side - to say the least. However, it was a story that kept my attention.

  1. I didn't realize this was short stories. Hm, I'm not big on short stories, so I'll have to think about this one.

  2. Bermudaonion ~ I love Grisham, so I'll read anything he writes. :) The stories range from approximately 35 to 50 pages.
