2020. There's a lot to say about 2020 π , but I'm going to stick to books.
Once again, my goal was to read/listen to 26 books, but I surpassed that with a whopping total of 28! Woo! π However, in comparison to last year, I have a greater variety of genres, and I doubled the amount of last year's winners. That's nice. π Here's my list of books that I gave a 4/5 or greater:
1. A Better Man (Penny) ~ Mystery
4/5 (very good)
2. Jar of Hearts (Hillier) ~ Mystery
4.25/5 (very good +)
3. A Long Walk to Water (Park) ~ Fiction
4/5 (very good)
4. How to Win Friends and Influence People (Carnegie) ~ Non-Fiction
4.5/5 (excellent)
5. 10% Happier (Harris) ~ Non-Fiction
4/5 (very good)
6. Removed Title
7. The Fourth Monkey (Barker) ~ Mystery
4.25/5 (very good +)
8. The Tattooist of Auschwitz (Morris) ~ Fiction
4.25/5 (very good +)
9. Little Secrets (Hillier) ~ Fiction
4/5 (very good)
10. If You Tell (Olsen) ~ Non-Fiction
4.25/5 (very good +)
11. All the Devils Are Here (Penny) ~ Mystery
4.25/5 (very good +)
12. The Good Sister (Hepworth) ~ Fiction
4/5 (very good)
You read some good books! I also gave A Better Man 4/5 stars. My list will go up later this week. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteYes, 2020 was a decent reading year for me.
DeleteThe Tattooist is the only one I've read and I really like it too. Looking up these others now :) Happy 2021.
ReplyDeleteDid you find or read any other the others on my list? I hope so. :)
DeleteI think all of your comments are now published - many others to go! Sorry about that. I think I have this crazy situation all sorted out now. Hope you are well. :)
